I am extremely disappointed with Exnessβ¦
I am extremely disappointed with Exness support regarding an asset recovery matter. I mistakenly sent 22.72 SOL via the BEP20 network to my assigned Exness deposit address. Although the transaction is fully confirmed on the blockchain (TXID: 0xe961657528b4419c2366498fe0adad4d3d26b4a4b6052663ece555d4bfb5c66c) and the funds are sitting in a wallet owned by Exness, the support team continues to provide automated, unhelpful responses. They claim they "don't have access," which is technically incorrect as the private keys belong to the exchange. I am requesting a manual retrieval of my funds ($2,250+ value) and for this case to be escalated to the Technical Operations Team.

Repeated slippage iss....
I had a very disappointing experience trading XAU/USD with Exness. I experienced repeated and abnormal slippage across multiple trades, even during normal market conditions with no major news or volatility that could justify such execution. Here are some examples: - Order #210161502: Slippage β 438 pips - Order #210152062: Slippage β 250 pips - Order #210166712: Slippage β 240 pips - Order #208802443 (different day): Slippage β 220 pips This clearly shows a pattern, not a one-time issue. What is even more frustrating is the customer support. Their responses were generic, unhelpful, and did not address the core issue. They simply repeated standard explanations about βmarket executionβ without providing any real investigation, tick data, or accountability. For a broker that advertises tight execution and minimal slippage, this is unacceptable. I strongly suspect serious issues with execution quality, pricing, or liquidity, and possibly manipulation, given the consistency of these incidents across different times. I requested a full investigation and compensation, but so far, no meaningful response. Traders should be very cautious. Until this is properly resolved, I cannot recommend Exness.
