I would avoid this company like the plague. 4 WEEKS in to a complaint about about my funds and still no response to it other than acknowledgment. Trying to get my money out like trying to get blood out of a stone. Investments are easy to set up but make sure you don't want your money back in a hurry. Litany of mistakes, geriatric processes and left hand never talking to right hand has consumed days and days of time. Having dealt with all kinds of other financial institutions, none of them come close to the incompetence of this one. No wonder they're inundated with complaints. They Use delay tactics etc. the company is in Breach of contract under section 49 Consumer Right Act 2015 & Breach of duty of care, As business professionals they have caused me harm. I have had to go ...... to have my injury further investigated. Legal action is pending to recover money from this unscrupulous company.
