I am writing this follow-up because my previous issues remain completely unresolved. Despite the company replying to my last review claiming they would "look into it," I have received absolutely no communication from them. They are currently refusing to release $46 from my account, claiming I need to maintain a $50 minimum, which is ridiculous. This feels like a blatant tactic to trap small balances. I have no intention of depositing more money into a platform that ignores its users and makes it this difficult to withdraw what is rightfully mine. Warning to others: If you have a small account balance, be prepared for them to stop responding and keep your money. I want my $46 back immediately. Date of experience: 6ht of april 20206

Withdrawal Returned After 3 Weeks β No MT103 Proof Ever Provided β Still No Working Withdrawal
I submitted a Bank Wire withdrawal on 26 March 2026 for 5,675 USD (Account 400199520, Transaction ID 143215641). The status showed βProcessedβ from day one. After more than 3 weeks of delay and repeated requests, XM finally admitted that the bank rejected the transfer and the funds were returned to my trading account. Important: XM has never provided any MT103 / SWIFT proof that they actually sent the money in the first place. I have now requested activation of Crypto Wallet (USDT) to my personal Binance account, but they continue to send only generic βunder reviewβ replies with no real action. After more than 25 days, I still have no functional withdrawal method. I have filed a formal complaint with FSC Belize and will keep updating this review until the full amount is successfully withdrawn. Account: 40019952
